Proudly Introduces…
(retired show
horse extraordinaire) by DW Bonfire
“Heartzie” has come to us only with the grace of God.
She is one of the coolest horses we have ever met; very self-assured
but, man, can she “fire it up”! She has that dynamic
something special goin’ on…if she were human, she would
be an “it” girl! Powerful, bold, willing and loving;
the total package. We are privileged and honoured to have her with
us. Thank you, Bobbi & Kyla; we promise to love her just as you have.
Welcome, Heartzie!
(Cal-O-Bask x saddlebred mare)
1992 Bay 1/2 Arabian Mare mare
Annie is an incredibly talented, highly decorated show horse, competing
at the top level in Halter, English Pleasure, Show Hack, exhibiting
her versitility and beauty! She is an incredible broodmare, in conjunction
with all her other talents, as she has produced for us an incredible
Allionce++/ filly, STLA Born Dancin'. We were extremely lucky to
have acquired Annie from Lisa Chovin, who had taken her "to
the top". Annie is now enjoying her next career, being a loving
and dedicated mother. We are so proud of this mare; so fortunate
to have her as an important part of Sky's The Limit Arabians.
(The Color of Fame x DR Greta Garbo)
1999 Chestnut 1/2 Arabian mare
Fonda was a Sweepstakes champion herself, prior to her firstborn
being a unanimous Sweepstakes champion himself (STLA Bey Shahzzam).
"CHAMPIONS PRODUCING CHAMPIONS" (taken from armstrongarabians.com)
Fonda is a tall (16HH), exotic (could easily pass for a purebred),
intelligent mare, who is proving to be a valuable broodmare. She
now has a second foal on the ground by Allionce++/, STLA Fondallionce,
who is gorgeous.
She will be a very competitive youngster. Thank you, MaRoSh Arabians
(marosharabians.com)
for allowing us to purchase this valuable mare from you. You have
been so good to us since the start. We were lucky to have "hooked
up" with you and Fonda!
2004 Homozygous Pinto NSH
By SP Fortune Five Hundred (The Color
of Fame), out of a champion saddlebred park horse. She is STUNNING,
with action to spare. She will be our NSH Park Horse, dainty and
full of herself. She grazes with her tail in the air! "Suzie" won
a $3000 NSH Jackpot in Washington state as a yearling.
"Suzie" has
been started under saddle and showing HUGE promise as a Park/English
Pleasure mount and I quote from her trainer, "She's
going to be a whole lotta fun!" Suzie will debut in
the English Pleasure discipline at our first community show on
July 14/07.
We are so excited
to see this horse perform, as I’m sure she is, because she
was born to show off! What an incredible package this young
filly is!

(DS Major Afire {Afire Bey V} x AB Aviva {Alada Baskin})
2003 Bay Purebred mare
We have the good fortune of acquiring ANOTHER fabulous broodmare
from Marosh Arabians in Iowa. This farm's breeding
program is phenomenal and we are very pleased to have another chance
to own one of their beautifully bred horses. Flirt will be
arriving with a second little “package” on board; a
MAGNUM PSYCHE foal due early 2008! We are just bursting with
excitement about our 2008 foal crop we are expecting!
(Beraiah x DR Dahlingaznetta)
Calypso is the 1992 daughter of Henriksen Arabians Aristocrat
mare, DR Dahlingaznetta. Herself a halter champion, Calypso is
a gentle people lover yet she can really turn it on and turn your
head. Calypso is from the same breeders who bred our outstanding
Half Arabian broodmare, DR Fonda Color, who has produced two unbelievable
foals for us, each high calibre, each very different.
We loved the Spanish lines, and this mare is pure Spanish. Welcome,
Calypso. We will honour you as we have all our valuable members!
A special thank you to Ann Henriksen in working with us to help
us become successful (not to mention extremely happy) with this
purchase. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.
(Sir Farmes HBV x Cindra)
2006 Bay Yearling Purebred Filly
Wow—the farm's royalty has arrived! What can we say about
a filly that is PERFECT? Cinderella is an amazing addition;
we are jumping out of our skin with excitement over our newest find. The
eye and neck on this girl is incredible; her movement is amazing; we challenge
anyone to find something lacking on this girl! Welcome to Sky's
The Limit Arabians, Cinderella; we will honour and cherish you.
(DR Bravissimo x RK Love Charm)
1995 Bay Purebred Mare
IFT Magnum Chall for 2008
Beautiful, tall, athletic mare. Once again we are blessed
with our good fortune in seeking out purebred mares to add to our
broodmare band. Cinderella & Charm have come to us from
Ed & Laura Friesen of Wunderbar Arabians in Saskatoon,
Saskatchewan. We are honoured to have these
girls aboard!
We are excited to announce and relieved at the safe arrival of
our latest members to our farm. Charm is an extremely typey,

March 24, 2007
Bay Pinto Colt
(Color Me Fame-Ous LRA x cc Rosayla {by Baskafire}
)
Beautiful 50/50 colour with a TON of personality. This boy
is a love (he already calls out to me when he sees me!), and he
is going to be TALL. "Jack" can move it out…real
dressage-y looking already.
Long stride, loooonnnng legs
and GREAT body. This boy is going to be a rock-solid BIG
guy. And colour to boot; how can he NOT stand out in the
crowd??!!
Jack is offered for sale for $5000
STLA Hot Jazz Number
March 26, 2007
Black & White Pinto Filly
(Hot Prince x ES Darq Profile)
This filly is really special. "Jill"
has the coolest look to her, with the most beautiful little face
(and tippy ears!!!) and body; VERY proportioned, cute and "cuddly",
but when she fires loose, it’s a pleasure to watch her move. She
is extremely trotty with a huge tail carriage; an English Pleasure
prospect for sure. She sits back on those haunches
and goes. Very cool to watch this one perform. Jill
is offered for sale for $5000

STLA cIm FondaU
May 10, 2007
Chestnut Half Arabian Filly
(c Our Zeus x DR Fonda Color)
This filly is about as good as you
can get; she is EXTREMELY typey, a Half Arabian with all the Purebred
qualities; "Koda" is going to be extremely competitive in the halter
arena and later in performance; she has that elegant, tall, look
at me stature; she is GORGEOUS…
We are DEFINITELY breeding
Fonda back to Zeus as this cross is not to be ignored!

STLA cU In Heaven

"JJ" is as precious as he looks;
check out those EARS! AND
EYES! This boy is a very special addition, not only being from our own

obviously passing it on to her get.

April 3, 2006 -- Bay filly
Allionce++/ x DR Fonda Color (by The Color of Fame)
(Fonda produced for us a 2004 Region 17 ½ Arabian
Unanimous Sweepstakes colt--and NOW THIS FILLY!)
W-O-W--beautiful filly; and she can T-R-O-T!!! Beautiful,
TALL, and very intelligent filly. "Emma" will
be a top contender in halter, but, with her potential size,
her performance career will be exciting. She has a ton of
charisma, and will quite possibly take us to the top! We are
so proud of our breeding program; to produce this caliber,
we must be doing something right!
WELCOME, EMMA! You’re our newest princess! |
April 18, 2006 -- Black filly
Winchester V x GA Prima Mahogany (by Padrons Mahogany)
(Prima produced for us Color Me FameOus LRA--our breeding
stallion--what a colt!)
This filly is what the Arabian breed is all about. She is
typey, exotic, with a smooth body and great legs. This filly
will be an extremely valuable broodmare one day, once her
highly decorated halter career is over (or take her on to
a fabulous performance career.) She is stunning. A favourite
amongst visitors. How could you not coo over a black filly
with a heart in the middle of her forehead? Is she not the
"queen"?! And knows it!
WELCOME, HOLLY! Now we have a "queen" and a "princess". |

April 25, 2006--Black bay filly
Allionce++/ x Answered Prayers++/
Our sentimental favourite. Annie lost her first Allionce++/
filly at birth. We were praying for just a healthy foal, never
mind the filly part! But we were blessed with both! And what
a filly!! (Three of them! How can you ask for more?!) She
trots like she’s traveling on air, and delicate but
bold. She is going to blow us away as she comes into herself!
She is GORGEOUS! And long, long legs, with an equally long
neck. Not a speck of white on this girl…bay, bay, bay,
all the way! We are expecting great things from all our three
girls. They are destined for stardom!
WELCOME, BELLA! You’re the final piece to our amazing
2006 puzzle! |
